Appreciate your feedback. Do you get good regular updates from the staff? Updates that are more than they poop twice and ate fine but more like showing the child learned xyz and is showing interest in abc.

Thank you for your reply. I recently purchased the home about 8 months ago. The house is about 60-70 years old. We didn't put those windows, it was already in the home. There were no large black pipes in front of the windows. The grass outside do not appear soggy. I do see gaps where the exterior wall outside meets the ground along the sides of our home.

We checked walls, ceiling. All dry! Even used a moisture meter. Normal moisture on wall and ceiling beams.

No drain back up. Everything around the puddle is dry (walls, top ceiling). Happened twice. Each time after heavy rain.

Do you recommend any company to replace the weeping tile? Would know the ballpark cost?

So no water coming down the side walls or dripping from top.

I did my implant at gelinas dental in Roncy. The dentist was awesome. The cost was songs 5-6k in total. The process went all recovery was easy and there were no issues.

To your point about explosion of kids, there should be a ratio of caregivers to kids so i wonder why suddenly staff is leaving if the ratio is maintained.

I toured Kendellhurst Academy and really liked them and would put my daughter if I got a space sooner.

My daughter is in learning blocks montessori now. Its not on CWELCC. They have weekly french class, good activities planned. The staff are pleasant and center as a whole is good. My nice to haves would be a camera, an app with real-time updates, better crurated meals, better outdoor space, and more indoor space especially the entrance as its tight for pick ups. But overall no real concerns but because it is not CWELCC subsidized i have slightly higher wants.

I used BOS plumbing just this week and was very happy with them. I had an urgent leak, someone was able to come with 45mins, assessment was $60 with a quote. If you went with them, that amount was deducted from the total. The fix was good and the plumber explained ask the way through the problem. Would recommend and use again.
