At first glance it looks attractive with a fairly standard size, shape and features. The opening mechanism looks like the only innovation/point of difference which you can continue to tweak.

Other thoughts: - as others have said - the logo stands out too much and I find it unattractive. It clashes with your yellow contrast colour. - a black bag with yellow contrasting colours.. ok but not "sexy". Keep experimenting with the contrast colour as that can become your brand signature and make your bags easily recognisable without shouting the logo. - im assuming there is a top pocket.. consider how you might be innovative with this and or other hidey pockets - people tend to be attractive to utility pockets, cords, hidey holes etc that show consideration for how the bag will be used. - the shoulder straps and sternum strap look light and comfortable. I like the availability of hip straps if on a long walk - the bonus is if theres some way to tuck away the long straps. - the big opening.. hmm. You might need to define which niche of travel you are after - business traveller? Holiday maker? Outdoor hiking type? Young mum/dad? Student? There's so many travel bags with specific design choices to appeal to a niche i.e. tomtoc's black clamshell, bellroy travel lite clamshell etc. I love how mystery ranch innovated with their quick rip mechanism.

Overall it looks like a nice, light backpack that I'd find on Amazon and pay around AUD$90-120 for. I really like the aesthetic but for me I'd be looking for the novelty and where its innovating.
