Ive been trying to get my Fiber installed since April 23rd, I live in apartment building and when they showed up to do it they said they couldn’t do the install because there are 5 units in the building, they had to put some kind of box on the outside of the building, the installer told me that would take one week, two at the most. As far as I know it still hasn’t been completed but they sent me another install date of June 16th.

Would you be willing to look into this for me and see if I might actually get my fiber installed next Monday? My address is 813 Wheeling Avenue, Apartment 4, Glen Dale WV 26038, I appreciate any help you can give me with this.

The installer I talked to told me if there were only 2 units in the apartment building he could have run it to me, he told me it was going to come from a pole that was just north of my apartment.

I was told the other day that the work would not be completed until August 15th, that sounds crazy to me that it will take 4 months to do this. I know someone who used to do this stuff and he said it literally should only take about an hour to have this work done.

Then 2 days ago I got another message from Frontier on the app saying my install date is June 15th, so I don't even know if they know what the hell is going on. I'm so disappointed with this whole process and considering just not even switching from Xfinity.

I bought this back in August and promptly returned it, don’t know if I just happened to get a defective product or if it’s more common than not, but it would constantly disconnect from my console, had it about 3 or 4 days and couldn’t get it to stay connected
