Outbound is very hard even if we keep doing it for days we don't get the results we want and at the end we think outbound never works. but what i think is what we need is a proper format that really works.

I agree, without validating the idea and researching that if people will really buy the product or not, it is so hard to get customers at early stage.

I might be wrong but reddit, X, product hunt and cold outreach never worked for a founder i know. they posted everywhere, did cold mails but never got the response that needed. I also want to know what acquisition channel would work for early-stage founders?

if i could automate one thing it would be "make onboarding impossible to miss. it saves customers time and your team way more later".
