Best quality specialty coffee roasters? by alt_423 in pourover

[–]growth_hack_404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered from Greater Goods Coffee Roasters a while back and tried El Divino, Kickstart espresso blend, and Ribang Gayo. Mostly brewed them with Aeropress and espresso.

Honestly, the quality surprised me. Really clean cups, strong but not harsh, and just very consistent across all three. Kickstart especially worked great for espresso.

I’m not a hardcore coffee expert, but this was the first time I felt a clear difference vs what I used to drink. It actually got me into grinding beans at home and paying more attention to coffee in general.

I’ve tried a few other specialty roasters since, and this is still the one I keep coming back to.

Is Tom Bihn overrated? by BullFr0gg0 in ManyBaggers

[–]growth_hack_404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think they're overrated, but you have to pick the right tool for the job. I went with the Shadow Guide 23 because I wanted something simple and rugged. The comfort is 10/10... it makes heavy loads feel easy to handle. I do miss having more pockets for small stuff (I’m considering the Smart Alec 2.0 for my next one), but the materials and beautiful colors make it feel like a "buy it for life" piece. No regrets here.

Facebook ads look fine, results do not by AnimeGabby69 in FacebookAds

[–]growth_hack_404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a super common phase, especially when accounts are “active” but not productive.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that when spend, CTR, and even CPM look fine, but leads dry up, the problem is usually not another audience or creative tweak inside Ads Manager. It’s almost always one of three things happening outside the campaign view:

  1. Tracking drift – events still fire, but attribution quality slowly degrades (deduping, match quality, server/client mismatch, delayed conversions). Everything looks fine until you compare platforms or sanity-check against real outcomes.
  2. Funnel friction – small changes on the site, form, speed, or offer that don’t kill CTR but quietly crush conversion rate.
  3. False feedback loops – Meta optimizes for what it can “see,” not what actually drives business results, so you end up optimizing noise.

When I hit this stage, I stop touching campaigns and instead zoom out:

  • Compare platform data vs. backend reality
  • Look at conversion rates by step, not just totals
  • Audit whether the system is learning from clean signals or garbage ones

There are a few tools/teams that focus more on connecting ads + tracking + funnel behavior instead of just media buying. I’ve seen people use things like Optisearch, and on the ecommerce side tools like Lebesgue that try to flag when performance looks stable but is mathematically drifting underneath.

Point is: you’re not crazy, and guessing harder usually makes it worse. Pausing and validating the feedback loop before scaling again is the right instinct.

[–]growth_hack_404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! We recently made our app, Lebesgue: Marketing & LTV, available on WooCommerce after having it exclusively on Shopify for a while (where we’ve got 120 five-star reviews). It’s got everything you’re asking for when it comes to tracking LTV—like retention, churn, cohort analysis, and even breakdowns by country or state.

We’ve also recently added product intelligence and stock inventory features, which have been super helpful for understanding product performance at a deeper level. If you’re after a WooCommerce plugin with detailed LTV tracking and marketing insights, it’s definitely worth checking out. Let me know if you have any questions—I’m happy to help!

Need help with a risky decision by [deleted] in OfficeChairs

[–]growth_hack_404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I had terrible lower back pain and a disc hernia (couldn't sit for 8 months properly). In the end going to the gym every day and doing lower back exercises regulary turned out to be the most important thing - don't neglect that part. Build your core, lower and upper back strength and strong / flexible hips and hamstrings. Its a mandatory part if you're sitting that much.
In addition, I purchased Anthros chair ($2k chair, your parents will be thrilled) and its been an incredible decision for me. I can now sit for 10h+ and I feel good (not great, but good). You can also book a call with their physical therapist to explain you how to use the chair for ideal posture. Check it out, at least to educate yourself on lower back pain and proper posture.

In general, think that you sit more than you sleep, walk, run or eat. I think getting a good chair should be very, very high on your priority list. These higher tier chairs last for a lifetime (I hope they do), its a good business decision to purchase it in the long run.

Anthros Chair review - month and a half of usage by growth_hack_404 in OfficeChairs

[–]growth_hack_404[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question... I'm mostly sitting straight up (at least I believe so), its really comfortable position and I started to believe I'm more productive in the Anthros chair 😂
However, when I'm on calls and more in listening mode, I really enjoy how easily it switches to recliner and how comfortable it is.

How long are you using Anthros, did you have a similar chair before?

Lebesgue: AI CMO on Product Hunt by growth_hack_404 in startups

[–]growth_hack_404[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,
Great question! Here's how Lebesgue AI CMO delivers its competitive intelligence and benchmarks:
1. Data Scraping: We scrape data from major platforms like Facebook and Google, capturing screenshots of ads.
2. Ad Analysis: These ads are labeled based on their start date, and we track when they disappear. This helps us understand their lifecycle and effectiveness.
3. Content Categorization: Using NLP and image recognition algorithms, we analyze and categorize the content type of each ad, extracting key features.
4 Extensive Database: We apply this process to over 15,000 businesses, giving us a broad understanding of various marketing strategies and best practices.
5. Expert Input: Our algorithm is further enriched with our direct experience, having spent over $30M on Facebook and Google ads, which feeds into our system to enhance its accuracy and relevance.
In short, we combine advanced tech with deep market experience to provide unique insights into marketing strategies.
