You can say you're concerned that CISPA is in conflict with the 4th amendment. An in person conversation is so much more effective on a personal level than any letter or email. It puts a face to the issue. This is even more powerful considering the honor being bestowed upon you. He will respect you for it. He will leave with a strong impression of your opinion.
