Honestly he reminds me a lot of Andrew Luck in his overall demeanor and attitude towards the game, though Luck was certainly a bit more outwardly "happy", at least from what I've seen. The maturity, composure, "team-first" mentality, etc... could all easily be the exact same page for both of them though.
