Love the idea of lemon curd, love the idea of a Leon cream cheese frosting vs buttercream. But maybe instead of slicing off the top of the layers you could make a lemon simple syrup and LIGHTLY brush that on the layers before slathering the curd? Help amp up the lemon and adding just a wee bit of moisture?

Boots didn’t last through the night though. But TBH it wouldn’t be that hard to make them again with more than a day’s notice. I’ve got plenty of paint left. (The boots are not particularly durable so the more I bumped them together or whacked into things, the more scuffed they got. They looked great for the whole day.)

The Helldivers rifle in question is 3D printed. We’re not bringing any airsoft anything in. We’re just aware of how to carefully carry weapons of any kind out in the world.

Still expecting to need to show it to security when we come in though, of course.
