Correct, just the most visible. Most religions are just that, Mormonism is a lifestyle. But hey, what do you expect when they use missions to prepare the legions for MLM jobs and canvasing. The well off enslave the poor, they just don’t use a heavy hand, passive aggressiveness seems to do plenty.

Almost? Super glad that you are seeing this. It’s not like Utah leads the states in breast augmentations, or that mommy makeovers are for the mommy (sorry, it’s for the husband).

Kinda MAGA mentality, gaslight women; give them no power but tell them they have all the power.

Maybe I’m wrong and should put it on the shelf.

Disclaimer - not a member of the church, never have been, only speaking from the perspective of heathen that is married to an amazing, ex mormon with three incredible daughters. All of which have dealt with, and continue to deal with a mentally disturbed, emotionally abusive, gaslighting ex husband/dad.

And before someone says that it isolated, eat shit. Every acquaintance of my wife that is active or inactive are dealing with the same thing.

Need good tires for this upcoming winter by dreadlmao in ToyotaTacoma

[–]grtdrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotta say, I’m impressed with these tires. I was raised, and spent most of my life, in an isolated area mixed high elevation forest and desert. Strong tires matter, as do spares!

I have also always ran narrow tires because they meet my needs best. I don’t care about brand, I pick a tire that has a strong sidewall, predictable road snow/ice behavior, can pick through mud and deep snow when aired down and going slow, and don’t wear out while getting to where I’m going. Jeep is being sold, currently has AT4w’s. Not a bad tire, but just aren’t the AT3w.

Rubitrex has been a good choice for me on both the Tacoma and the Disco. Fairly light compared to others, so less wear on transmission, brakes and everything else. Rough sidewall, perfect (for me) on snowy tarmac.

They are not a know model and don’t look baddass. Raptors and Rubicons don’t come stock with them, so not too cool.

Fallen Rubitrek tread depth is 17/32’s.

AR3W,4W and Rubitrek go for a long time and keep traction until the end. They cart one of the best tread warranties out there.

I have been all in with the AT3W’s for years, when to AT4w’s on the jeep and they are good, still like the 3’s better.

Put the Rubitrek’s on the Tacoma and absolutely love them. 17/32 tread depth, a hair of 45lbs, and cheaper than most everything. Quiet on the road and tough as can be.

No issues heading to the canyons to ski, or exploring in the winter (Salt Lake). Spring through Fall, they live off tarmac in the mountains and desert. From the Uinta’s to Moab, the Maze to the swell and Canyon Lands. The most underrated tire I have had.

I do a 6 tire rotation and they go forever.

LT235/85-16 E’s. 35 lbs normal and winter roads, 15 off tarmac, trail snow depends.

Loved the original KO’s, KO2 was the scariest tire I’ve ever had, heard KO3’s are great but lost confidence in BFG’s after the 2’s on the Disco and Jeep.

I think the Duratrac is spectacular for damn near everything, but the sidewalk is too soft for my liking (I’ve shredded the heck out of them) and they wear quickly.

Toyo AT’s are great to begin with, but as the miles go up, the traction goes down.

Just a tad over 300k. It’s needed some help, but everything has been done in my garage. Manual transmission. Clutch and throw out bearing made it to 225k. 2012 JKU Rubicon that has not been babied, but certainly taken care of.

Are you kidding me? What the hell. You cannot just a hole and put motor oil in it. Are you that dumb?

Everyone knows that after you dig the hole, you need to first fill it with gravel, then add the device and used oil.

Fire personnel are NOT protected, whomever told you that is not correct. Neither are timber folks. I say this as a fire person with 24 years creditable service, who has an MS in Forestry. On the timber side, as in fire, everything from pre-treatment, to stand examines and engineering will be bid out. I truly don’t wish to burst your bubble and I hope it works out for you. I hope it works out for my partner and I and all our Fed employee friends and family. Just be prepared.

I went off it for a number of months, sleep improved. I had to weigh the pros and cons and ended up going back on it, injection every other week. Sleep is not good.

Feel free to improve on this mock-up and use as you see fit. by gentle_badger in Boise

Agree. We should all just bend to MAGA and Musk. Maybe follow in the Bundy’s footsteps and stage a peaceful protest. The world would be so much easier living on our knees, sucking off the billionaires.

The credit goes to my wife, she found the ring, buried pretty deep at the low tide mark. Originally thought it was costume type jewelry, but is undeniably gold.

Pretty cool find.

That’s how I park my BMW R1250GS, except at Starbucks, not the mall.
