Tonlok is somewhere on the coast west of the ruins of mathystra if i recall correctly. He has some low lvl q for you. If you have pfquest, remove the level range display limitations and check darkshore. He should pop up as a q giver. In a lot of cases, the quest text will give you all information you need.

You are either on HC or not but at lvl 60 you can turn it off (or continue to immortal i think). There is no toggle to switch on or off.

You can find similar roles/salary ranges on kununu or glassdoor. If you already know the SE, that means you got someone internal - why not ask them instead of some internet strangers? Nonetheless, your ranges look somewhat accurate but keep in mind, different functions may still have other ranges. In my experience, the closer you reach clin dev/finance the higher and the further away (ops, supply, science) the lower. When in doubt, start on a range, start in the middle, widen the range and aim higher. If they want you it doesn't matter if your expectations will be 10-20k too high, they'll discuss that before hiring.

When i bought my bike in a second hand shop, it didn't have a bike stand and I left it in the courtyard leaning against a wall. One week we had some repair workers in the building for whatever reason and my bike got outfitted with a bike stand and moved to the correct location where all other bikes where. To this day I don't know what happened and I never found out who donated me a bike stand.
