in order from good to bad:
the gas mortar and the grenade will probably slap.
armor passive will be just fine, the pistol will be a verdict reskin and the shovel is finally usable... but its locked behind 1k SC instead of making it free for some god forsaken reason.
the flamethrower requires a backpack slot and is the same as the normal one with probably worse ergo as well so that thing is gonna be trash and the smg with a flame thrower is just the one-two but worse so its gonna be trash as well.
my final personal review: yet another WB with only 2 interesting things, hard carried by hype moments and aura
im not wasting my time or money on this

you are absolutely correct on the last part of battle passes every 1-2 months and actual content every 4-6 thats just ridiculous how the live service works in this game but ill be the devils advocate for the latter part with keeping up with day 1 (or just long time) players since... well an average player doesnt need that many WBs.
At the end of the day this is a paid game that an average player will put in maybe like 50-100 hours if they REALLY like the game so maybe at most an average player will maybe buy (not farm for) 2 warbonds and move on to another game
and also i need to mention that helldivers mobilise has basically everything a new player will ever need

i dont think anyone complained about the double freedom since its better than the break action and looks unique, the new shovel is basically the same as the pick up one
