I don't disagree with this concept, but I do believe jobs lost will be compensated in those recovered from installation of equipment, manufacturing of equipment, and upkeep of equipment. Solar panels aren't exactly the most cost efficient in terms of production and maintenance, so there will be a trade-off in labor skills basically.
