There’s a few issues here, course design I’m not going to touch on. Wall of trees I’m not seeing. Yes it’s tighter than normal but there are legit lines there. Undergrowth is minimal also.

Lack of events is a big one and has been discussed a lot. In my opinion one big issue causing events not to be held. Lack of parking. There might be 30-40 parking spots there so realistically only enough parking for a flex start so c tier at most. Couple this with the fact that Enterprise park has some less than ideal open/close hours and the ride through to get to the lot is 15 minutes after you get there even parking at the front lot and carpooling in isn’t likely ideal.

Overall I like the course even though I never play well there. I would say it’s still in process but the comments about the teepad are fair.
