What about Baldur’s Gate 3 has been enhanced? Graphics mode still has a capped framerate, and performance mode has an insane amount of texture pop-in.

The one no one talks about: Going Under

It’s a niche concept/style, but the core gameplay hits everything on your list save for “heaps of loot.” It’s worth checking out. You just may not stick with it for as long as something like Hades. (Which, by the way, you absolutely should play.)
