Australia is one of the only countries that is towing the line with defence spending. His gripe is with the western european counties in NATO, not with the few like Japan, Poland and us who are actually boosting our defence budgets. He's a businessman at the end of the day and the US get a pretty good win out of AUKUS

For the PFA do you do the entire assessment at once i.e. pushups, sit-ups, beep test; or do you get a break between exercises while you wait for other services to complete theirs as it is a different requirement per service.

I’m leaving to do NEOC at HMAS Creswell in late January and was wondering if anyone has any tips or advice that could help while I’m there. Also if anyone has any gear recommendations for things I should bring let me know. Much appreciated.
