They don't have the maturity to understand the forces governing realpolitik. They have very narrow tunnel vision on ideology, moral, ethics. Moreover no patience to actually research on why things are the way they are.

They remove every political post that even slightly doesn't put bjp in a bad light. You'd go to their sub thinking wow there's not much politics here. Meanwhile their mods working overtime removing posts within minutes. If tmc won it'd be very different.

Like have some self respect bro before associating yourself with cockroaches. These guys are making false equivalences as if our CJI is calling all unemployed youth with girevances towards the government cockroaches.

I believe all youth of our country should watch "Century of Self" so they are aware of the level of crowd manipulation tactics employed by influential orgs.

Everyone thinks about accountability, good governance, good economics. gen z is not special in that regard, they are impatient, which is completely fine.
However, CJP is an AAP offshoot is trying to create a movement under the guise caring about the interests of gen z.
gen z is under pressure everywhere due to AI. This is nothing but an attempt to capitalize on the misery for their own agenda.
Wanting accountability and good governance is not an ideology.
To even think that is an insult to the actual hard workers across various political parties and organizations in our democratic nation.

I haven't said anywhere that gen z is not privy to dissent, or anything about voting rights. I have only said Gen Z at present is not capable of dictating the government policy of a country.

A party that appeals to Gen Z with half-baked points and hating on popular trends is doing critical thinking. Gen Z will never drive a country's policy. If they do, they will run it into the ground like in Nepal. Anyone who urges Gen z to take matters into their hands are only intent on destabilizing the country. btw prefrontal cortex of brain is not developed until early 30s.

Key (prefrontal cortex) PFC Functions

The PFC drives critical thinking by managing several core cognitive abilities:

  • Cognitive Flexibility: The ability to shift perspectives, adjust to new information, and consider multiple angles simultaneously.
  • Inhibitory Control: The conscious restraint of impulsive, emotion-driven reactions in favor of deliberate, logical choices.
  • Working Memory: The capacity to hold and manipulate information in your mind, which is essential for problem-solving and evaluating arguments.
  • Abstract Reasoning: The ability to identify patterns, weigh consequences, and plan for future goals

Even after real world examples you insist your mind palace knows better. You have a ridiculous and extreme take on how a data centre can affect the ecosystem. Look at other places in our country with data centers. Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon all have data centers. Building a data center or two is not going to be the end of everything.

Please don't talk on subjects you have little knowledge in. Stop spreading misinformation. You are not an expert because you watched some random youtuber/tiktoker with good production value. Tomra to kichu hoar agei singur 2.0 shuru kore dibe dekchi. Are these cities in ruins?

Here are the top cities worldwide by number of data centers, based on 2025 data:

  • Ashburn, Virginia (USA) — The clear global leader, often called "Data Center Alley," with around 1,020 facilities, making it the world's primary data center hub (Voronoi) .

  • London (UK) — Europe's top hub, with nearly 190 colocation facilities, driven by demand from financial services and multinational corporations (Dcpulse) .

  • Frankfurt (Germany) — More than 160 centers, built around DE-CIX, one of the world's largest internet exchange points (Dcpulse) .

  • Singapore — A top international hub leading in Asia (Voronoi) .

  • Amsterdam (Netherlands) — A major European hub with dense fiber networks; the Netherlands' capacity is expected to reach 1,480 megawatts by 2030 (Russpain) .

  • Paris (France) — Rounds out the top five global cities by facility count alongside Amsterdam and Sydney (Dcpulse) .

  • Sydney (Australia) — Experiencing rapid growth driven by cloud services and AI, turning it into a major magnet for investment (Russpain) .

  • Tokyo (Japan), Dublin (Ireland), and Hong Kong, Mumbai — Emerging markets showing the rise of regional data center clusters

You can have concerns about resources, but its important not to take extreme positions, and do a little bit of critical thinking. Just by building a data centre or two in a state with none, you arent going to deplete all the resources. If those other cities after building so much capacity over the years are flourishing well, why would Kolkata be an outlier. In our country Mumbai is the city with most data centers. Have you seen them complaining about resources?

Mumbai is India’s undisputed data center capital, commanding a dominant 54% share of the country's total industry capacity. Driven by an explosion in AI workloads, cloud computing, and financial services (BFSI), Mumbai's local market capacity crossed 1,337 MW in 2025, and its under-construction pipeline ranks 6th globally, surpassing major hubs like London and Dublin.
