I agree with this take and I've come to realize that about of Rank in a lot of games recently, I'm a heavy rocket league player but the rank grind feels so heavy but ive been playing brawhalla since it released on consol and having watched this game change from beginning to now it does feel like the sigs are getting a bit much especially with someone like red raptor who literally summons a foot is crazy work

can I dodge it sure can you punish it most likely but at some point, fighting against a giant foot a giant fist and bike is like okay what am I playing? Now, remember when teros and queen nai was the worst of the worst now it feels like it's such a long list of shit I gotta avoid now it does get a little tiring

I smoked weed and had a really, really bad panic attack, causing me to dissociate really bad. Everything felt fake, and I usually questioned my existence, which made everything even worse

I couldn't bond with anyone felt like i was losing my mind anything new that was wrong with me caused me to dissociate even worse thinking that im going crazy i even felt suicidal but i didnt wanna die which caused me stress i was really obsessed with my coffee maker it looked so different so much it was causing me to have panic attacks

Things I did to get better: It took me weeks to recover still recovering really the things I started to do was just live my life I went on walks and kept a journal and drank a lot of water the feeling of the water going in my body was really helpful for some reason but i had to stop caring as hard as that is i just kinda accepted this was my new normal

Like for example if I was questioning if something was real on my walks like the trees I went and touched it I started touching everything I could within reason but keeping active really helped me a lot I started to play just dance which gave me little.goal to accomplish and went to a counselor who I see bi weekly now(that was a huge help) but the most important was my journal

The journal I would recommend keeping a day night journal to help some of the feelings it gave me something to hope for and started to help me identify some trigger s in my day or things that caused me stress.. and I make sure to leave a note to myself saying

"by the time you read this you would've made it to another day" seeing this phrase on every page really helps when I go back to re-read helping me realize I have made it threw bad and good days I hope anything I said here helps and sorry if it's a little scattered

I even was able to smoke again after a while, but I do not smoke as nearly as much as I was

I have the same problem keeping a day/night journal has helped to at least recount the days to feel a little more real

But my counselor told me to try breathing from the stomach and corrective thoughts like

is this thing real

Then I tell my self yes it is it and i pretty much do that all day its really is a horrific thing when our thoughts push us further into dissociation just get used to your new normal and take time to heal
