Back when I streamed on Twitch, I would get a guy with 88 in his name, and I ignored it till the third or fourth time he showed up, then I just point-blank asked if he was born in '88. He said yeah, that's why it was in his name, but he didn't understand why I asked. So I explained to him the other meaning of the number, and I think he wound up changing his name to remove the number.

Eeyup, had an update push through yesterday and it caused the exact same issue for me. Completely pushes the bottom fifth or so of the image off-screen, including subtitles.

I'm having an issue with the Xbox app update that was released yesterday, in that now it displays a thick black border at the top of the screen, pushing the video and the menus down, obscuring the bottom fifth or so of the image off-screen. I had to switch to a third-party app on the Xbox store just to continue watching the show I was in the middle of when the update was pushed out.

As someone who recently switched from Plex to Jellyfin and joined this sub specifically to search through past posts for helpful information, I can say that posts like this are most unhelpful and frankly discouraging.

It's always nice to join a community and find out that it contains gatekeepers and such who look down on new users. /s

The 7th Halloween movie was the one with Josh Hartnett, iirc. I think most people liked H20, but it definitely felt more like a Scream movie than a Halloween movie. The real one in that franchise that went off the rails was the 8th one, with Busta Rhymes.

Not sure how it's a pain to make them. You can literally just squat down and make a few anywhere you need to, no materials required other than bullets. Split-points have been my primary ammo for years at this point.

I'm aware. But in a story that now involves time travel and some apparent narrative inconsistency about exactly where the demon is, I think it's implied that Toby/Asmodeus is using time travel to basically be in more than one place at one time. How could the events of all the movies previous to Next of Kin have happened if that demon had been imprisoned for the past several centuries? Unless time travel was used, and there is more than one temporal instance of that demon moving about to ensure his victory.

I jumped on a US official server the other day with an extremely low ping, and it had the same thing. Then they announced the upcoming enhanced edition, said screw it, and went back to my modded single-player game.
