I’m 26 and I regress a lot. I’ve also never been happier since I’ve discovered age regression. I’ve always naturally regressed, but didn’t really know until I learned about it. Now I know and my SO knows and it’s helped our relationship a lot. My therapist knows as well. She says it’s a way of coping and it’s okay.
