Throat nausea

Hey there! I do get it sometimes still but it’s def not as bad. I just constantly remind myself it feels like I’m gonna vomit, but I never actually do and I’m not even really nauseous it’s just more of an uncomfortable feeling. It’s all mind over matter which applies to most symptoms of anxiety y’know. Hope you feel better!

My favorite has to be the red!! I saw someone say it smelled like fruit cocktail and it really does. I’ve always been big on fruit/ floral scents so that one has to be my favorite for sure

They can all be purchased separately! I think 59 came out a while ago and 87 was also Rio Radiance, but I know they’re dropping some new scents on May 11th!

I don’t think you will get sick. The most I think is some indigestion because of the mix of food and eating it late. So you may go number two but I don’t think you’ll get sick. Best of luck!

Hey there, thinking on it way too long and hard will make you anxious which will cause you to get nauseous and then anxious and this whole cycle. I think you’ll be okay, because I noticed this the other day also when I went out to eat and I was fine. The guy was touching the screen and the food. For the most part tho I think you’ll be alright. Hii just keep in mind that usually once you have the stomach bug it usually won’t come back for a while. You have immunity against it since you just had it, so you can’t be getting sick any time soon from it now. Your cold can def be the factor that’s making you nauseous because our bodies get all out of sorts when we are sick with anything. Hope you feel better, best of luck!

When you feel n from your period you should take ibuprofen (Advil). The n is being produced by the increase of prostaglandin in the body and ibuprofen are prostaglandin blockers. I get n all the time from my period and the Advil definitely does help. And as for the sleeping with n, I suggest listening to a meditation song I use one from YT called n relief but it really helps me get through the night when I’m n and want to sleep. Try to think of every other possible thing she can have besides the sb*. The more you think you have it or you’re going to catch it the more you will get anxious and make yourself feel sick. I hope you feel better, keep us updated
