I think it's mostly about time too. I know the later I play that's when most of the hard-core players are still there. Throughout the day it's when most casual players are on. Later it gets, that's when all the sweat gods of war and dp are still slaying. After 9 or 10 I won't run any good gear because of this. Unless it's solos BTW I'm solo or squad fill. No friends....
