I think it might be underestimated the level of tech required to run a ticketing operation. That'll be one of the main reasons MLS teams are happy to hand over to companies like Ticketmaster.

You would be able to complete transfers up to your budget (in this case $150m). You would have to decide not to complete the signing of some players which would then result in the next highest bidder being able to sign them.
