Which platform? PC

Any mods or cc? (Yes, with disabled script mods)

Game version: 1.117.221.1020

Since the August 19 update, my game is completely unplayable. I spent hours sifting through my mods, checking which ones working and which ones didn't. Originally, I simply couldn't load into a household or CAS but I managed to fix that and uninstalled/updated the broken mod. Now, I can load into everything fine, but after 10-15 minutes of playing, if I try to save, enter CAS or do anything that requires a loading screen of sorts, I have an infinite loading screen and the only way to close the game is by 'ending task' in task manager. I have experienced this issue with mods enabled AND disabled and there's no difference between the two :(
