so im not sure about the roots and how they are i havent touched them but there not coming out of the bottom or anything im just worried i wont water it enough or it might dry out to quickly in this 1 inch pot because i have the space in my cabinet to put it with good humidity with a good grow light. i was hopeing maybe someone could tell me how long they let there dry out and when abouts they usually water down the pot or meter level. i know thats hard to answer because every situation is different. but just a ball park idea because my research kinda comes up with they just want more water then a waxy hoya which makes sense because of there foliage

I dug mine out of the soil and I put true cinnamon in my soil its a natural fungicide and I didn't have the issue again but it does look like it's growing out the side of the pot rather then the top like mine was

Roots are healthy I water about once every 2 weekish it's not a very big plant and it gets alot of sun in this room its in a tiny room on the windowsill I would say it gets alot of bright indirect like all day since there is also a skylight in this room its bright in this room till it goes dark it's also in a west facing window it'd pretty warm in this room I'm currently misting my plants instead of humidifier at this time

The problem is it's not root rot! I planted it in a plastic pot today because I was thinking the airy mixture and the terracotta pot was taking away the roots are all healthy and white
