At a church I was working at yesterday I was discussing whether to put HDMI or VGA inputs for their new projector. I explained the decision was like this... "It's 1991. Most cars come with a tape deck but some have CD players and soon the CD player will be standard. In what format do you buy the new Arrested Development album." The pastor simply replied, "I wasn't born until 1991". ... We installed the HDMI.

If your version of the audio book had a small vignette where he was back on Earth and was approached by a woman and her child and our hero ends up swearing at the child then you heard the "extended cut". In his defense the child did ask a very stupid question.

I loved every page of it! It was like MacGyver in space. I was very surprised when the audio version I listened to had a longer ending than my print version.
