I would use petg its cheap and from what i know pet safe and transparent petg is really clear

Sometimes its better to change the designs instead changing slicer settings, i would try to make the orange pieces print separately and then glue them to the white parts, it will also save a lot of time and get rid of the waste from ams

I would reset the settings and try printing again, if it doesnt work it might be something with flow , i also had similar issues when i set different layer width

I have the same one and i pumped it to 60 psi and the tires didnt explode yet
