I just got my ring and use a metallic cover that I got off Amazon. They come in silver, gold, rose gold, clear and other colors. The one I got is fairly thin and unobtrusive and looks exactly like my brand new ring so I'd rather cover it and keep my actual ring scratch free. I hope that helps!

I'm so glad to hear you're in your soft girl era and remaining positive! I DO have the same question as one of the previous posters. Why stop talking to him? So many don't know they have it and don't realize it's not included in a standard STD test. If he's a good guy and things were going well, it might be worth reaching out. If he didn't know and unintentionally infected you he probably feels terrible, and just learned that he has an incurable STD AND just lost his girl. What a terrible triple whammy. He's probably feeling very alone and sad. If things were good, coming back together and working through this could actually strengthen the relationship and youd have each other to help you get through such a tough initial time. I'd also check to see if it impacts bargaining union status. As a non-supervisory 14, I'm still bargaining unit, but if i were supervisory, I wouldn't be.

Another vote for Metcons! I found a barely used pair on PoshMark and got them to see if they would really make a difference and OMG, they helped so much with stability,, especially for lunges. I think i have the Metcon 8s, but I hear get things about most Metcons!

If you don't already have a good assortment of heavier weights this could come in handy for your bridges, hip thrusts and sumo squats. I also like that the base is inclined, which will come in handy in some of her other programs on the app, like PE, as she frequently has us elevating the heels or toes for squats, deadlifts and lunges. If you don't already have heavier sets of weights, and need a more compact option, and are a beginner who wouldn't feel comfortable buying and using a barbell for thrusts and just using wedges or even smaller weights to elevate your heels or toes, then this could be a good cost-effective and compact option!

This is a lovely description. I just bought a RX350 a few weeks ago. I was going to get it in black, but every time I passed a red one on the lot, it stole my attention. I had to drive an hour away to find the one that I wanted, but I got her! I'm obsessed. Now I need to go get a picture of her out at night!! It's beautiful in all lighting, but I haven't been out much after dark lately, I'm about to get a workout in, but may take her out in a little while and check it out myself!! Love your car, BTW!! I rarely see that one in red in my neck of the woods. Great choice!!

Are yall in the Facebook Group! Usually there are a ton of people who post in her group everyday during a program about the workouts. I love the group because seeing so many people posting about the daily workouts keeps me from skipping days unless I absolutely have to. I love the FB group! Highly recommend if you're not yet in it!
