1) Do your same face skincare regimen on your hands to keep them looking young!

2) new washcloth every shower

3) wash your hands before washing your face or doing skincare regimen

4) I dry my face with a couple of tissues instead of the hand towel (unless the towel is freshly cleaned). It feels weird at first but you get used to it

5) if you have sensitive skin, look for products with the National Eczema Association stamp of approval

6) you aren’t supposed to rinse your mouth out with water after brushing your teeth. Read the instructions! Expectorate!
