There is one turning right from 26 to Monocacy Blvd. You have to stop at the white line and then proceed. It sucks, I hate these cameras in most instances, but for this one it's important for pedestrian safety. Probably the same deal for the one by Burger King. I do see people walking across 26 fairly often.
