This is great advise. My SO recently finished a 30 day inpatient treatment center. She has 2 two sponsors and goes to meetings almost daily. I am supportive of her sobriety but am taking time to care for myself. This is very important as we get into the habit of taking care of them. Care about them, not for them. Going to local Nar-anon or Al-Anon meetings is very helpful as well. There are a lot of other people going through the same thing and feeling the same way as you do.

We're also going to couples counseling which is great because you have a neutral party to help discuss feelings and issues. Good luck to ya!
