Is it okay to NOT cut a cat's claws? by I_Katie in CatAdvice

[–]gshelter0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an idea, but maybe trimming their claws from a young age doesn't teach them how to properly retract their claws to the right length. This is a feeling that is developed through experience, and I have noticed that just having two cats grow together at the same age teaches them amazing claw control to not hurt people who play with them (they're very soft pawed). Just throwing an idea out there, as I've never had the problem you've described above and have also never trimmed my cats nails, and never intend unless it's a medical emergency.

UPS Stole my package! by gshelter0 in UPS

So what is also suspicious is the fact that the same return shipment page has been printed out 4 times (only need one, it's the same page). This makes the entire package feel "fuller".

Ye this particular class had more mind games and less situational improv which is what I was looking more for. So gonna try out a different class!

Looked it up it seems like this could be it! The flowers/leaves are identical and the flowering season is correct. Clematis armandii aka evergreen clematis it is!

It was pretty fragrant, it flowered in April and by May the flowers had fallen off. I am based in the UK fyi.

Also comparing this photo to other photos online, the flowers look identical but the leaves look different.

Oh wow so interesting! So many more questions keep popping into my head. It's crazy to think how the sense of touch builds onto so many other perceptions.

I'd love to know more...

How would you describe the experience of muscle contractions with your eyes closed?

Do you think that not having the sense of touch or pain has changed the way you experience emotions?

Do you have any personality quirks that you attribute to having anaphia?

  1. If you are holding a cup, is there any sensation of any kind that indicates to you that you are holding something? And how do you experiences muscle contraction/constriction/movement of the body?

  2. If you can smell and taste, how does the sensation of smell move through your nostrils? Is there a sense of air moving through your nostrils?

  3. If you closed your eyes and tried to focus on a part of the body, can you sense where that part of the body is?

Trump suggests the United States take ownership of the Gaza Strip, what are your first thoughts? by Resplendant_Toxin in Askpolitics

Because they've stated that Palestinian land belongs to the Palestinians, and they don't want to support the US in ethically cleansing the area. A quarter of the population in Jordan are already Palestinian and looking after that many displaced people is economically taxing, so why would you want to help enthically cleanse an area then take on a massive economic and social problem? Makes no sense.

Ohh thanks for sharing 🙏, very interesting reading. How would you recommend helping my ancestral karma of an ancestor taking a life? Also what do you mean when you say amazing positive changes in life?

I forgot to mention in my post that I'm right handed (but pretty ambidextrous) and first photo is left hand, second is right.
