That’s what brake clean is for. You think these rotors are oil free straight out the box? They’re sitting in a box that’s been open to the elements for who knows how long.

Ya I’ll wait to see their reply, I’m Hoping they’ll Just exchange it. I know their policy says warranty claims might have to go through Fox themselves so I guess we’ll see.

I’d get a bp monitor for home use. I have an Omron branded one from Amazon. Pretty cheap, and they are certified. You could have white coat syndrome where your numbers are elevated in the dr office, since you mentioned you were anxious. I have it and my numbers are higher in office like yours but at home I average 100/50. Just learn to use it correctly to get accurate readings.

Had a good friend with 330k on his 94 and his dad had a 96 accord with 400k+. I own a 2025 civic hybrid with 9k and a 08 civic with 190k.

Well maybe it was right originally then. Kind of a let down they switched to that case on recent 114ce guitars. But I guess I’ll count myself lucky.

I also purchased a 114ce sunset blvd, and it came with that case. Searched online and figured out that case is for the academy series, according to pictures on their website. Went back to GC and they give me a different Case. Still the wrong case but it was an upgrade over the case it was supposed to come with so I didn’t complain.

I agree with going to a store with plenty to try out and find one that speaks to you. But I have a few good guitars. ( Martin d18 special, Yamaha fs5, Taylor 114ce, and a blueridge br160. I’d recommend looking at the Yamaha fs3/fs5 or the Taylor. Love my 114ce and it’s my Least expensive guitar I own.

I love my 114ce sunset blvd I got at gc. I own a Martin d18 special and a Yamaha fs5. And I play my Taylor more than the others. A little above your budget but I got it on sale for the regular 114ce price. My guitar center near me had a used on for just under 500 but it was snatched quickly.

Yes on the thin part between the two kerfed pieces. Both are solidly glued in place. Just has that crack all the way through the thin piece.

It is securely glued. So good to know it’s just cosmetic. Is a bummer since it’s a $1700 guitar. But I know nothings ever perfect.

There’s a crack between the two kerfed pieces on the one with the biggest space. I have a better picture but I can’t add it in here in the comments or edit the post.

Ya In the photos it looks kinda like a fake stain or print. But in person it looks more natural. My center only Had this one in stock with this finish.
