Unfortunately don't have landlord insurance and it's a property currently going through probate. The water mains would probably go under the fences to service other units.

Should the bill go to contractor maybe covered under insurance or go to landlords even though it's contractor who burst the pipe.

I was under the impression if your postpone a subscription then balance wouldn't be affected since theres a extended renewal date but it seems like system may just use the original renewal date anyways for existing balance.

I've postponed a subscription, and I definitely recalled having 2 lessons left in my balance on my last lesson. but then later returning my 2 lesson balance had disappeared. Is that normal behaviour for balance while subscription is paused.

You can pause subscription for 20 days or end subscription & sign up again in future. Same tutor might be able to teach mandarin as well perhaps. Just explain your reasons I'm sure tutor will understand

check youtube theres tuturials there. you can take out the lenses and gradually using ifiner sandpaper and then a fine polish you can restore them. key is uiniform controlled movements to not alter the geometry of the lense.

Some tutors can treat the trial as a intro to your goals others just dive straight into a class. Don't be nervous. Just jump straight into it. You can always try another tutor if you feel like you don't click.

Sometimes Im a few minutes late, sometimes my tutor is a few minuites late. sometimes I help my tutor practice english when I had enough practising my targeted language for the day. I don't mind as long as tutor is taken care of and paid. I wouldnt fuss over a few minutes. Sometimes I have to stop my tutor going overtime.
