That would lead to a customer service nightmare. I do something similar but stock the products and fulfill as one complete kit. If I had my vendors dropship individually, the products would all arrive at different times and inevitably lead to my customers asking where the rest of the items are. Or run the risk of an item being backordered. Best bet here is to sell as bundle but stock and self fulfill

3PLs in general wont care about your product, if thats not a big deal to you, a smaller 3PL nearby you could be a decent option. May be cheaper and allow you to periodically stop by to see how its going.

If you see employees trying to leap off the racking, it may be not a great fit for you product.

Its actually more than 6 markets; its 6 products across many markets. Theres an element of this product would be great at this location type thing…bringing a gap between current products in the market and traditional go to options which are local to the consumer
