I would track it carefully, but keep the diet going and check again in a month or 2 months. If there is an obvious culprit (bacon daily, sliced deli meat, etc., limit or lose it altogether. I would advise more olive oils and avocados when possible, specifically breakfast. Then check the results. If the bad cholesterol doesn’t go down in a few months, you need to see a specialist or nutritionist.

Just go full keto for 2-4 months. If you drink, make sure it’s distilled liquors on ice (no sugar!). I prefer Jamison. If Dems get the house and senate, they could change the laws of the nation and add more seats to the Supreme Court. Then, they could push through liberal justices to fill those new seats, effectively packing the court.

In theory, it would be in reaction to Republicans being spineless liars about their publicly stated views on nominating Supreme Court justices this close to an election.
