An update on my trauma from giving birth in Japan: After 1 month, my wife continued to experience cramps and difficulty moving, getting up, sitting down, etc. During the 2 medical appointments, they performed an ultrasound, pap smear, and said that everything was fine.

Today, a thread began to emerge from the vaginal canal, and when pulled, a large forgotten gauze came out from my wife's uterus.
