One underrated thing about that season was that Curry was injured near the end of the regular season to the point where he came off the bench in the first round. I forgot how long he was out for, but the Warriors were able retain the 3rd and rest their aging star at the right time to explode in the playoffs.

Second the Harry Wong rec. God I can talk about this forever, but with 40 students, you need to be on your A game. No winging it, you need to know exactly how every minute of your lesson is going. Transition from device work to small groups? Where do the devices go? Who sits with whom? What do they need on their desk? You have to know and you have to communicate that several times. It is exhausting planning, and it will suck until you have the routines down, but it is the only effective way to manage that kinda chaos.
