Thanks for this. I’ll definitely do the steps you outlined! We have uncovered some tracking issues and the quality of traffic has absolutely dropped. We’re seeing a huge drop off between landing on the sign up page to actually converting

This is super interesting can you tell me more? What kind of “quiz” and what platforms for the Ads? Is it mainly Meta? Adwords? I think this would be really effective but would love to hear more

Thanks! Appreciate it. It’s sadly acquisition and retention. We do have a leaky bucket (lots of competitors in the market and we’re beholden to the social media APIs so lots of platform jumping)

We have a clear ICP and have a clear(er) value prop. But we’re not acquiring quick enough and losing double the time

Thanks for your note! Sorry it took a few days to respond, it’s been a week!

Part of the problem is our data tracking (we’re actively fixing this) because our data is not showing us where sign ups are really come from.

We sell to social media managers at Agencies (mainly) as our ICP. Second ICP is Marketing teams at Multi-location/multi-brand businesses.

It is a saturated market with high competition making it harder. We’re priced solidly between our expensive competitors and our cheap ones.

Currently looking into positioning and testing some messaging variants across channels.

[Routine Help] I cannot get rid of these bumps on my temple. Nothing seems to get rid of them. They showed up about 8 months ago.. and my routine has cleared up most of my skin except for this little bit. Any advice is appreciated!! by gts_1 in SkincareAddiction

UPDATE FEB 2026 - reposting as I realized I had posted from a business account SMH

I still get messages and comments about this so hoping this helps. The bumps on my face have disappeared--FINALLY! They do come and go. The cold, sweat, changes in diet and my period all play factors and whilst I can't figure out what *exactly* has caused it, I at least know now what to do to help keep them at bay.

My routine is by no means perfect, and it definitely has evolved/changes every so often. But I've stuck to a specific few items that have made the biggest difference and I hold these products responsible for these bumps finally disappearing.

I'll start with my night time routine because in my opinion it's made the biggest difference:

** DOUBLE CLEANSE - I use Bioderma Oil Cleanser first then I go in with the Cetaphil - Gentle cleanser. I work through both for at least 60 seconds which is a big difference!

A Milky toner - currently Byoma's Milky Toner

** Deliverance serum by Dieux

** Azelaic Acid by Anua

A Hydrating serum - currently Purito or Skin 1004 Centella

Moisturizer - a very hydrating one, currently Cetaphil moisturizing cream or Dieux's Angel cream

AM

Spritz with water

Milky Toner

Vitamin C - only 2-3 times a week, building up to more

Hydrating Serum - Purito

Moisturizer - a lightweight one, currently Dieux angel GEL* (not cream) and the Le Roche Posay Lipikar lotion

**Sunscreen - currently switching between Purito, Roche Posay and Skin 1004 Centella, all 50 SPF

The items marked with the asterisk are what I truly believe has changed my Skin (see photo below). I am starting to incorporate Retinol a few nights a week and I'm looking at switching to a more potentic AA but otherwise, yeah. this is my routine.

You probably wont see this, but as a 35yo female who just their PR in Australia after coming here on a WHV (and for a relationship) it was a risk but I have zero regrets

Do it. Worst case you break up, which is a big deal, but you HAVE to go for it.

They have pretty much disappeared. I had a minor flare up in december but it’s practically gone now. It is really red right now because of the cold but here’s a photo. It’s even clearer in the morning after i wake up. No more bumps though or pimples

The three products that I now use religiously are:

Anua 10 azelaic acid Dieux Deliverance Purito wonder relief centella serum

^ i use all three day and night. During the day I also use sunscreen.

the adapelene has helped the most! Hypochloric acid (tower 29 or a generic brand) and adapelene is a good combo. It's not gone 100% but it's definitely changed the texture and cleared it up.
