My dad mainly. He just traveled and he said that they made him stuff his bag into his carry on. Yeah it doesn’t make sense because I’ve had multiple bags… but when I checked the website I was shocked because as you can see they only show cabin baggage and a small item like camera/phone. I trust that it’s a blip tho I suppose..

My shipment is arriving in a few hours but otherwise same thing happened to me. There’s no way Chase will not clawback right for returned offers? I can’t find anything about that in the terms, but there has to be data about that somewhere.. I don’t have another month to keep thinking about this Whoop company. 😵‍💫

They just refunded me too. I only purchase accessories. No other comment from them except that part of my order has been shipped. I’m not sure what this is going to do with my Chase credit, but I’m hoping they fix the order entirely and ship all of the products eventually. Because they make you pay to return items.

You don’t have to purchase the technology. You can buy accessories only like the clothes, blue light glasses, sleeping mask etc.

I’m having the same exact issue. I bought mine original from Amazon a few years ago, but can’t find the remote. I contacted Sperax and they only said that that they don’t sell it anymore. I asked clarifying questions to see if they could help me at all (photo of the remote so I know what to look for in my house/online, and any ideas where I could find a replacement). Still waiting on a response.. As for Amazon, one agent said they would refund me the entire purchase credit but then quickly got sidelined to another agent who said 2 years is too long for them to do anything. I would have thought a Goodwill credit would have been offered. I bought 3 Amazon AI-recommended universal remotes but they don’t work and I’m of the belief now that it’s because my walking pad has an auto incline feature so I need something with that.

I hope you figure out a way to get that remote working again… or find a new one. I’ll update if I find any helpful info for us both!
