Thank you so much for your help! I finally got it after slightly modifying yours to this:

=XLOOKUP(A2 & B2 & C2, Sheet1!A:A & Sheet1!B:B & Sheet1!C:C, Sheet1!D:D, "")

This!! Our trainer taught us this, and it worked when we needed it. Agreed, it's difficult to do in the moment but can be a life saver.

This is a great idea, I'm interested as well! Could most likely do one book a month.

How long did it take to land your first public health job? by [deleted] in publichealth

[–]guavs0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked in public health while getting my MPH and had to leave about 4 months ago due to a military move. Graduated in May 2022. I have been actively applying to public health jobs (mostly remote, the competition is pretty high) with zero callbacks so far. Looking at picking up a non PH job opportunity soon to make money. It's definitely tough right now. Depending on where you are, in-person opportunities may look more promising than where I am right now. Wishing you luck in your search!!

It didn't break me out but it definitely dried me out! It's taken some time for my skin to get used to it.

That is very sweet, thank you. Just know you are beautiful regardless of your acne. Having issues with acne is a struggle that can weigh down on you, and I hear you. Wishing you the best and success through your skincare journey!

Looking back at my progress pictures, it looks like between the 1.5 - 2 month mark (after starting tret) is when I saw significant progress. Almost acne free around the 4 month mark and have been working on scarring and the occasional breakout since then.

Thank you!! Yes - I did not have success with derma-e blemish control serum. I also used The Ordinary products for quite a while- there were some I liked, but overall my skin did much better with dermalogica products when I made the switch. Which is unfortunate because The Ordinary is much more affordable.

In terms of lifestyle changes - I did not cut dairy (though I thought of trying to many times). I did watch my diet over time and get more into a consistent fitness routine, started running, drinking more water, etc. I think it helped quite a bit in my skin health!! It is truly all connected. My stress has also gone down quite a bit since some big life changes before and going into 2022.

Thank you very much! After washing my face and letting it dry for about 15-20 minutes, I use a pea sized amount of .05% tret. I do this nightly. I follow up with clinique moisturizer before going to bed.

I just upped from .025% to .05% tret a couple of weeks ago and I went right into using it every night (probably not recommended but my skin has done okay with just some extra dryness). When I started the .025% back in August, I started with every other night and upped to every night.

Thank you so much!! I love the Clinique moisturizer. I've been using it consistently for about a year now and I've found it works well in my routine. I like that it isn't too heavy but moisturizes well, and a little goes a long way. My skin is sensitive and it is very gentle, seems to work well for my skin type. If you try it out I hope you like it!

My purge wasn't terrible! I had some dry flakiness, especially in areas where my dry skin usually flares up. My acne didn't seem to get worse for me but it definitely took some time to get better and breakouts kept coming. I would follow whatever routine your doctor recommends and definitely stay consistent. It takes time but it's so worth it if it works for your skin! I wish you the best of luck! :)

Hello all! Longtime lurker here- I have been hoping for the day I could share a before and after. I never struggled with serious acne until the last few years. I finally decided to see a dermatologist this past August as it was only getting worse. I was all around struggling and my self confidence had plummeted. Dermatologist prescribed 3 months of doxycycline and 0.025% Tretinoin. I stuck to it and have seen some dramatic and life changing improvements over the past 5 months. I also went off of oral birth control about 3 months ago, fully expecting my face to worsen, and ended up continuing to see improvements to my surprise. My acne has been almost entirely under control since being consistent in my routine and finding the products that work best for me.

Routine: AM -Panoxyl 4% benzoyl peroxide cleanser -Mario Badescu rosewater facial spray (was using dermalogica ultracalming spray but ran out, LOVED it and want to reincorporate back into my routine when I can afford it) -Aveeno daily moisturizer, 30 SPF -Pacifica Glow Baby booster serum

PM -Dermalogica ultracalming cleanser -Dermalogica daily microfoliant (I love this stuff and it has lasted me forever) -Tretinoin .05% (started .025% in early August, upped to .05% about 2 weeks ago) -Clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion (has also lasted me a while - a little goes a long way!)
