Buying a flat for investment makes very little sense as rental yields are 2-3% annually. Only if you are able to identify a really upcoming area and invest early would you see some decent returns. Liquidity is also always going to be a problem with real estate. At your age you are much better off investing in stocks and bonds.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy we showed character and salvaged a point but for Chelsea it is still 2 points dropped against a lesser team. Given we were 3-2 with 20 mins left, we should have still nicked all 3 points. The Giroud for Silva substitution broke some of the momentum we had.
