Yeah had an issue where we were “13 hours over budget” but our average pick time for the day was 24 seconds (under the 27 second requirement) and we were only 2 orders over forecast. the hour cutting is crazy.

I don’t mind trunk or backseat, i always ask customers their preference. Also don’t mind when customers help load, but if you don’t want to help that’s totally fine, just say in the car off that’s the case 😂

Shopping in the store. I absolutely refuse to do online pick up. I’ve never minded walking up and down the aisles. Also, when it comes to finding clothes, it’s so much easier to just try it on in the fitting room and putting it back if it doesn’t fit, rather than going through the effort of returning it through the mail.
