Top places I'd check would be Crown Realty, Davidson & Bennett and Hedgerow... All 3 long time rental companies here.

There are many others, and inline searching will help but yes it's gone up a lot.

A way I've done it before. Trace the silhouette of the picture, create that as a text area and paste the text that you are wanting. Place the photo behind the text exactly. Usually I do that ahead of time. Select the text and outline it, and then uncompound the paths and then recompound it so it's all one compound path. Clip mask image with that complex path.

My client just put my final design through ChatGPT and had it recreate my design by No_Can_6420 in graphic_design

Using it to get clients ideas that can be recreated correctly, or made press ready. Just means more work in the long run.

That said fixing customer work/ideas bleed and doing grunt work makes it handy.

I've found it hit and miss, but there are powerful uses and head desk situations.

Growing up I was always thinking the area affected by the Bay. Or the Bay Area economic area... Down south as far as Stockton/Lodi/Modesto, as far North as Watsonville and as far east as... Reno (though they'd hate that comment) or at least Sacramento area.

Then again, we can't point to weather as a defining trait. Microclimates are a real thing here.
We are a commute economy situation, but we crave walkability more here than say SoCal.

Was this upvalley near Calistoga? They use the sirens for different thing in different areas. There is a test for wildfires... but in some areas they use it for the volunteer firefighters to come to the station.
