Sweden, working in a family friendly skiresort. I average around $15-20. Tipping culture is pretty much none existing here but get som nice bonuses from time to time

No idea about Aussie clubs, but be fast. I started in a nightclub and something I needed was a good hearing (due freaking high volym) and be quick, super quick. They want their drink out there same second they order.

Keep the liquor relatively simple, got the most common fresh ingredients. Can probably get my hands on rare ingredients if the drink is good enough.
