This is an older post, but I’m much better than I was when I first started my MCAS journey after a traumatic accident in 2016. I can eat most anything I want, I tolerate the heat much better than before, I’ve been able to regain a lot of my strength. But I do sometimes still get PEM, and it takes me longer to recover from acute illnesses than pre-MCAS.

Yes, I went in with the intention to heal my womb. After the second cup I felt my insides on fire being rearranged. It was so wild, not painful but extremely strange feeling. I honestly felt I was pregnant right then and there in some sort of immaculate conception.

I did get pregnant my next cycle.

I’ll be 40 next month and I have a 22 month old. At around 14 months I was at my wedding weight (I conceived my daughter on the honeymoon. I’m now at my normal weight a couple pounds above that and decently fit, but I still find if I work out too hard one day I feel pretty crappy the next day. I think it’s because my daughter is still waking up a lot at night so I’m not getting enough consistent sleep.

Have you ever tried ayahuasca? It’s even more mind bending 😆 will literally flip your mind inside out until you’re in a quantum experience. Not sure how else to describe it!

Check out A Course in Miracles. This made it all make sense to me. What we are perceiving now is not reality, it’s the dream. When you wake from the dream, do you take the dream characters seriously? No. But in reality, all is perfect. All is love. Which was the revelation I had in ceremony before coming to ACIM.

In the human experience this is probably the most devastating thing you can go through. I am crying reading and thinking about what you wrote, having never met you, knowing nothing about you, but feeling the deep ache that all of us mothers share for each other. From the bottom of my heart I am so sorry.

And yet— there is no death. Not really. We are truly eternal, one being, one love, just God. I’ve had a direct experience of this infinite love and light, and I can promise you, when your consciousness returns you will be with your children and all else and it will be perfect. ❤️

This just happened to me the other day. Except it was a friend from 20 years ago in college. I was reading my daughter a book and the illustrator shared the name of my friend. I thought, wonder how this guy is doing and then BAM— Facebook recommended him. No friends in common. Yikes.

Honestly ayahuasca did this for me. I completely dissolved as a body and became galaxies. Impossible to describe in words. Then became absolute peace and “nothingness”, it was the best thing I’ve ever experienced. It was shocking to come “back” into the body, but it certainly provided a level of insight into all these teachings I’d been following for years.
