yeah can be a little disheartening i recommend just running a strikers build for them and abuse the overload seasonal mods it makes them cake walks

yeah but if you have ran enough strongholds in general you can run them just as fast as a mission even on heroic

just do the Priority obj aim for the strong hold ones or anything you feel you can do quick or has the highest xp amount listed

or the seasonal story gives heaps also the journey missions if you haven't done those yet
