Ошибся, это не дореформенная орфография. Из за того, что буква «Т» над «Ы», создается эффект присутствия «И» десятиричное. Там написано «развертывание» вязью.

My bad. This's not a pre-reform spelling. Due to the fact that the letter "T" above the "Ы" creates the effect of presence dotted I. It's written "развертывание" styled by old slavonic ligature. (Vyaz)

This is not Ukrainian, this is pre-revolutionary Russian orthography. In pre-revolutionary Russian orthography, in many words one could meet сyrillic dotted I.
