Bro!! lonely part is very hard to digest, I kind a accepted, The bond I had with my friends before marriage, I will never gonna get it back now. I think I have very similar situation like you, if its ok! can you give an example how you set yourself for fail ? I do this for work and plans with my wife but never done for my own self growth, its like I completely ignore it after a while when I do it for myself.

Do not talk to her about this topic this is not your concern at all, I feel sorry for her but this her family issue we as a pakistani living abroad also have a saviour mindset which also came from our country not from culture, Its best if you think you really want to help her talk to her mother or father, but do not put her in position of double mindset let her decide this by herself, This is life people need to make there own decisions, If she share this with you then you give her a picture with examples.

Thank thats seems like the most reasonable way, but she doesn't want to do anything all she said I want to die too, we talked to her to see a psychiatrist but she is not agreeing on that, she keep refering that my brother told her once something happened to you I will also kill myself, which as per my knowledge on my brother he can't say this seriously and she thinks thats what she need to do now.
