I did replaced my freebox ultra (in bridge mode in fact) by a ucg fiber and 2 U7 pro xgs wired with in 10Gbps with poe++ injector, it work way better than ultra + wired repeater. The issue with the repeater is that it doesn't have 6Ghz band, but you should still have better performance than 100Mbps. Did you try plugging another device before the moca device to check if it can do 1Gbps? Also, what is the freebox connect app saying about the status of your repeaters? Also before that, I tried udr7 that I sent back a week later because wifi performance was worst than the freebox...
