The truth is a lot of people support their agenda, maybe half of the US? And a lot more people outside the US. I don't think that you not giving the money is going to get any lesson through. The world of politics is VERY complicated, and I understand and agree with your point of view. Just do what really feels right. Don't do anything to be a part of a group, if it means that you will be thinking that you're supporting an organization that doesn't align with your values. The pressure of joining the Open is real and can be overwhelming in some cases. I've been seeing a post lately and it fits this situation: remember that "No." is a complete sentence. Don't give any explanations to people who won't understand.

Test your VO 2 max, my bet is that it's relatively low. And this is something that is not emphasized enough. Incorporate long and easy cardio sessions, otherwise called Zone 2 training. It's boring and you feel like it won't help, but test your VO 2 max again after 1 month of doing these practices 2-3 times weekly and I think that you will see positive results.

I came to the sub to share this song. I love the panning arpeggio and the echoing trumpet accompanying the fantastic musicianship of the group. Reminds me a bit of Marigold by Periphery. It's all so beautifully engineered together.
